Glen Calderon of Prudential Action Real Estate was identified in the September 2003 issue of REALTOR Magazine as one of the Top 100 Real Estate Agents in the United States. He ranked as the #9 Real Estate Agent in the country based on closed transactions and #11 for sales volume. Glen was also featured in the premiere issue of the Top 100 Agents for 2001 and the second issue in 2002.

Glen closed 640 transactions and over $160 million in sales volume for the calendar year 2004. Glen averages 50 closed properties and $13,000,000 of closed volume every month. Glen has been the #1 Prudential Real Estate Agent for closed transactions in New York State from 1994 to 2004. Prudential has over 3,500 real estate agents in New York State. In July 2005, he was featured in PREA News as the #1 Agent in the United States for Individual Closed Transactions for Prudential Real Estate's Network.

In 2003 Glen was awarded "The Pinnacle" for Residential Closed Transactions. To receive this award Glen had to be one of the Top 10 agents for closed transactions out of the 50,000 Prudential Real Estate Agents nationally. Glen also won this award from 2000 to 2002.

Glen was also acknowledged as "Top of The Rock" for being the #1 agent in Northern Region out of over 10,000 associates (he also won in 1998 and 2000-2004), "Chairman's Circle - Diamond" award where an associate must have $750,000 of commission income or 150 closed transactions for the calendar year, and "PREA 100" as one of the Top 100 Sales Associates for Residential Closings from 1997 to 2004. In 2000 Glen earned the advanced technology and e-commerce designation "e-certified".

In September 2001 and again in March 2004 Glen Calderon was awarded Special Community Service Awards by the United States Congress and United States Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez and Major Owens primarily for his work with first time homebuyers in Eastern Brooklyn and Western Queens promoting homeownership in these areas. Glen is a Charter Member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). In 2004 he was appointed to the Homeownership Committee for Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) of NY City.

Glen Calderon, an Associate Broker for Prudential Action Real Estate, entered the real estate field in 1988. He has been awarded the "Chairman's Circle" from 1993 to 2004. Glen was awarded Prudential Real Estate Affiliates prestigious "Legend's Award" in 1998 and "10 Year Legend Award" in 2003. To date less than 500 Associates have qualified for this award. In 2003 Glen was a contributor to and featured in the book, "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" by Gary Keller and Dave Jenks.
